Coquito for the holidays is what rice & gandules is to pernil, it's being boriqua, it's being different, it's about being a part of what makes a culture who it is.  Did I mention pasteles? mmm...

No juege!

Here is Don Coqui's Coquito Recipe, posted on FB:

2 Egg yolks
1 can of coco lopez
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of coconut milk
1.5oz real vanilla extract
15oz of white rum (optional)
cinnamon for garnis

Mix all ingredients in a blender Serve ICE COLD with a sprinkle of cinnamon and ENJOY!!!
